Terms of Service, Electric Motorcycle Kit

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using this electric motorcycle kit ("the Kit"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Kit.

2. What the Kit Includes

The Kit contains a complete motorcycle frame and all components necessary to assemble a functioning electric motorcycle. It is not a conversion kit. Assembly is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

3. Assembly

You are responsible for assembling the Kit correctly and safely. Online assembly guidance is available via our web help page, but this guidance is provided as a convenience only and does not constitute professional advice or a guarantee of a safe or functional result. We are not responsible for errors made during assembly.

4. Required Knowledge & Skills

Assembly requires a reasonable level of mechanical competence. If you are unsure of your ability to assemble the Kit safely, we strongly recommend seeking assistance from a qualified mechanic or engineer. You may also consult our online help page for step-by-step guidance.

5. Safety & Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your assembled motorcycle complies with all applicable local laws, road safety regulations, and vehicle registration requirements. Do not ride the assembled motorcycle until it has been inspected and deemed roadworthy.

6. Warranty

All components are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, death, property damage, or other losses arising from the assembly or use of the Kit, including reliance on information provided on our web help page.

8. Returns

Unassembled kits in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Partially or fully assembled kits are non-returnable. Individual faulty components will be replaced under warranty.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are registered.
